Utilizing our NDT manipulator we can assess the corrosion, pitting and wall loss occurring on a pipeline

On a section of pipeline we will pick selected locations to give the best assumption of what the pipe wall condition is along the pipeline

Along with the data captured from the pipe we also, take soil samples from around the pipe for analysis as the corrositivity of the soil has a major impact on pipe wall deterioration

Collating all this data along with the operating pressure of the pipeline, we can accurately determine the life expectancy of the pipeline before rehabilitation is needed

This technology partnered with our internal cctv surveys will give a true representation of how the asset is performing and help authorities make more informed decisions on what rehabilitation is needed
